Privacy

What data this site handles, and what it doesn't. It's short, because there's little to tell.

Who is responsible

This is a personal site, run by me, Andrés Sanjuán. It has no ads and sells nothing. For anything about your data, email me at asanjuanpersonal@gmail.com.

What data is processed

None that you give me: there are no forms, comments or sign-ups.

There is only a technical one. As with any website, the server that hosts it logs details of each visit (IP address, browser, page requested and time) so it can serve the site and protect it from abuse. The hosting provider does this, for that purpose only, and the logs are deleted after a limited time. I don't use them to find out who you are.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, first- or third-party. There is no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

So I have to write this page because the law says so, when really the only thing this site wants to know about you is whether you prefer the background with the daytime sky, with its sun, or the night one, with the moon and stars. And it doesn't even tell me that: it's stored in your own browser (localStorage) so it remembers next time, it never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Some links lead to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Once you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

I don't keep any data about you, so there's nothing to see or delete. But if you'd like, email me at that same address and we can chat. For the record, the law gives you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its processing, and also to complain to the data protection authority, which in Spain is the AEPD.
